About OSM Alba
OSM Alba is a map of Scotland in Scottish
Gaelic (Gàidhlig), using OpenStreetMap
data. Map data is licenced under the the Creative
Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 license
Coverage
This map covers all of Scotland, down to zoom 12. Plus selected areas
(ie towns with lots of Gaelic streetnames tagged) to zoom 17. High zoom
areas are currently Inverness
(Inbhir Nis), Ullapool
(Ullapul), Stornoway
(Steòrnabhagh), Fort William (An Gearasdan) and Sabhal Mòr Ostaig / Armadale. Suggestions welcome for
other places to add.
The map will be updated monthly.
